  Welcome to the IIS Mini Catalogue Demo Site

This demonstration web site is of a furniture store, but it could be any business that wants to display a lot of products on its web site but can't justify the cost of a fully-featured catalogue web site.

The IIS Mini-Catalogue web site has most of the features of a full catalogue e.g. unlimited product items, specials automatically appear on the Home page, a fully-featured shopping-trolley that automatically populates your Enquiry form. The main difference is that there is a single-level category drop-down menu instead of a multi-level category drop-down menu. The number of categories is unlimited and the number of items per category is unlimited. The number of products shown per page is set by you and products are displayed with the small product pictures being clickable to download a bigger picture.

Items can be uploaded and displayed at a later date. The password-protected administration section provides you with an user-friendly menu-driven interface to manage site content yourself with advanced features such as automatic image resizing and image resampling. The product display pages will display headings and descriptions, and optionally prices and product codes. An advanced feature is the ability for you to change the style and presentation of the headings and product descriptions via an in-line editing function so you can emphasise text and change text colour etc as you like.

Even the order in which items are displayed is managed by yourself so the most important items can be displayed just where you want them to be on every product page.

The Home page layout and style is custom-designed by our expert design team to suit your individual needs, as is the "look & feel" of the product display pages. Full training is available to ensure you are able with minimum fuss to begin populating the catalogue with your own products.
